1. All Sales on Custom Items Are Final
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
This includes:
• Custom vinyls
• Personalized apparel
• Custom decals
• Made-to-order car accessories
• Any item with custom names, designs, colours, or measurements

2. Returns on Non-Custom Items
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue
We will replace the item or offer a refund depending on the situation.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for non-custom items only and depend on available stock.
Custom items cannot be exchanged.

6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
• Processing time varies depending on your bank/payment provider
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, unless production has already started.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design or production has begun.
